1. Introduction
At Dr. Abid’s Clinic, we maintain the highest standards of quality control and hygiene for all our Ayurvedic and homeopathic formulations. Because our products are ingestible health supplements, we adhere to strict safety guidelines to protect all of our patients. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Standard Return Policy (Hygiene & Safety)
Due to the consumable and personal nature of our wellness kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If you have received your kit but changed your mind, we can only accept a return if:
- The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- All original safety seals, shrink wrap, and tamper-evident packaging are completely intact.
Note: Return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in securely packing your discreet parcels. However, if your kit arrives damaged, tampered with, or if you received the incorrect formulation, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged/incorrect item:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Unboxing Video/Photos: To process the claim efficiently, we require an unboxing video or clear photographs showing the damaged shipping box, the damaged product, and the shipping label.
- Email this evidence along with your Order ID to info@drabidsclinic.com or via our WhatsApp support line.
Please do not accept a parcel from the courier if the outer packaging appears to be torn, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email to request a cancellation.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse the delivery, and for prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated once the parcel is returned to our facility (minus standard shipping charges).
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards): Approved refunds will be automatically processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For approved refunds on COD orders, our support team will contact you to collect your UPI ID or Bank Account details. The refund will be transferred within 5 to 7 business days after bank details are verified.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Products where the safety seal has been broken.
- Consultations or personalized guides that have already been provided or completed.
- Delays in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen weather/logistical issues, provided the parcel is eventually delivered.
